If you’re a university student you can “Work and Travel” in the states. And you should definitely do it. And if you wanna see NY, chose one of it’s airports for arrival or departure, and spend a few days there. But choose a smaller tourist city to live and work in. You’ll have more fun and meet more people who are there to have fun.
